Authors are suggested to fill in the online form accessible here to start the publication support service. At the beginning, it is expected that a whole article has already been written, as the service provided is an article enhancement service, not one that starts from zero.

For Phase 1, payment is expected to be completed before an article goes through the phase of substantive editing, formatting, and the first submission. For Phase 2, payment is requested after the submission of an article; however, authors can opt to complete the payment after retrieving the first round of reviews (before we initiate the revisions).

The authors are expected to cover the journal's article publication costs (APC), which was agreed upon prior to initiating Phase 1. In many instances, our team would suggest articles adopting the open-access model, requiring authors to pay a certain fee for publication.

For Phase 1, authors’ money is guaranteed to be returned if the submitted article from our team does not pass the initial editor screening phase. However, after the article is under review, the authors cannot request that their paid fees be returned. Meanwhile, in Phase 2, authors’ money is guaranteed to be returned if any agreed journal does not accept the article.

Although authors have the right to list the preferred journal name that they wish to publish, our team will forward our preferred and recommended journal list to the authors. The list is based on the personal experiences of the team, which are viewed as having the highest chance of publication, taking into consideration the time and quality of the manuscript.

Reviews can take one to two years to complete. However, our experience is that many SCImago-listed journals have a review time frame below one year. We will continuously communicate with the authors regarding the manuscript's progress. Please keep in mind, however, that each journal adopts a different time frame from the initial screening, review, production, publication, and Scopus indexation.

Authors have two choices. First, our team can submit the manuscript on behalf of the authors using a personal email account to which the authors have access. Second, we can forward the documents to the authors to be submitted directly to the list of authors in an article.

Unfortunately, we can only process articles written in English. For articles currently written in a different language, we suggest that the authors use a simple English-translating service first before filling out our form.

The team is a vibrant list of individuals dedicated to the art of journal publication in SCImago-listed journals. We have experience publishing articles and are actively publishing in high-SJR journals.
